How I can make a grayscale image from set?
Am I must make a new function or can I use an available function on concrete5?
and how I can make it integrate with block?

I have not tried it myself, but looks promising for what you are trying to achieve.

That's not good solution for me, because it run very slowly and make browser not responding at low-end computer
