But you should avoid something like you can see in the attached jpeg.
All links in customizing mode are enabled, the dashboard too...

good catch.

the other place I've noticed trouble here is in positioning mode. We disable links in edit mode, but for one reason or another they seem to work when you start to move blocks.

can you submit this stuff as bugs? (see gray menu below)
