How can I upload a search engine crawlable powerpoint to my site?

I am trying to create a radiology education website and would like to upload a powerpoint to the site that is crawlable. I was thinking something like this:
http://www.learningradiology.com/toc/tocorgansystems/tocchest.htm...
where you can click on a link and it opens the powerpoint in the site.
I assume I would need to save the powerpoint as a webpage and upload the files into file manager. Is there an easy way to do that?
I dont know how to make a link that opens the powerpoint. Here is a sample page from my site.

How do I make the TEST POWERPOINT link bring up a powerpoint like the learningradiology.com site above does?

It makes each slide into a picture and makes a basic interface to scroll through them.
to do what you want in c5 could be a bit complicated.
