How to disable menu link

One of my menu links is a dropdown. So, basically there are three sublinks under one main link.

My question is how can i disable that main link, i don't need it, i just need the placeholder for sublinks. I tried playing with custom attributes, but no luck.

Here is the website, it is the last link, i would like company to not open the company page.

Create the Page Attribute "replace_link_with_first_in_nav" and apply it to your Company page. Any auto nav link to Company will now point to the first child of Company.
