I am SO New and Need a website that can upload and download music

I have never, ever done any web design or anything. I want to start a website that allows users to upload and download music, as well as register for an account. Is that possible through Congrete5? Can anyone help me? UGH I'm confused! email me with any direction plasmapit@gmail.com

Just use the file manager and download folder
