Latest update removed option to upload files from file manager.

The subject line pretty much sums it up; After updating to the latest version of C5 I am no longer presented with the option to upload new files in the file manager. Is this a known bug? How do I fix it?

Same problem here. I can't pin it on the 5.4.2.1 update with certainty but I know that this is the first time since updating that I've tried uploading an image.
