Tour date list for a band homepage

Hi there,
I currently develop a homepage for a band with concrete5. Now I stumbled about a feature we want on the website, which I don't know how to realize with concrete5: we'd like to have a tour schedule in the form of a table (eventually sortable via jQuery), whose entries should be editable separately and with the feature that past dates are automatically moved to an "archive". I hope you get the idea :-)
Any ideas how I can implement this in concrete5?

One approach would be to take the free Simple Testimonials add-on by edbeeny and modify it.

The default add-on has a dashboard page for accepting entries and a block for displaying the entries on a page. Both could be customized to fit your project.
