adding tracking codes: Microsoft Clarity & Google Analytics

I just added the Google Analytics tracking code to the header right under the poptin code. 1.)Can I add Microsoft Clarity here as well, right after the Google Analytics tracking code?
2.) Should I have added the Google tracking code after the Poptin code or before it??

Adding header and footer tracking codes at /dashboard/system/seo/codes/, yes, you can include multiple different codes. The order of them is up to you...
