Help needed please....Privileges???

Hi there,I am new at this!
A support person at my host put the concrete5 program on there for me and said I am all ready to go and install and use.Great except,the information I see is I need to add a new database with privileges....Unfortunately,I dont have that option to add privileges....any way around that???

Did your host setup a database for you? Or do you have a control panel to add one yourself? Do you have access to phpMyAdmin or to an SSH terminal? If you can let me know, I'll try and help out :)
