How can I cleanly uninstall Concrete5

Please can anyone advise on how to cleanly uninstall Concrete5?

Once you've deleted the MySql database created for the site and erased all the concrete5 folders you uploaded to your "Public" or main file of your server, I don't believe anything can be left. Every hosting account varies, so the actual mechanics of whats the easiest is different from provider to provider (... no, I don't believe there is a "one button uninstall" like desktop software uses)
