internal server errors

Hi,
I'm relatively new to c5, and one of the sites i'm working on is having intermittent server issues. Mainly I'm having what appears to be a crash and errors as I'm trying to edit a block on a page. so I quit out of the browser. I'm not able to reconnect to the site for a while getting 500's and such. Then if I leave it alone for awhile the browser resolves the domain fine but then the cycle start over again with slower and slower resp[ponses to edits until freezes up again.

The site is served on apache at nomonthlyfees.com

Does this sound like a server issue or something within my c5 installation.

Thanks

So, I'm told by my provider's support center that there was a problem with the server. That everything should be working now. I'll cross my fingers.
