URL reads 127.0.0.1/concrete

Hi,
Set up the basics of the site but when I try to reach it from another computer the IP wont resolve- (i.e. I type in the IP address and /concrete but it goes back to 127.0.0.1/concrete and fails to connect). Im sure its an Apache issue but not sure what.
