How to make backup of my project within Concrete5

Hello. I need your help to backup my project that I created with Concrete5 v 5.4.2.2.
This project is my company's website. It was hosted with HostMonster for many years. Not this website inactive and is not hosted by anyone. I would like to move my project to new hosting with TMDHosting. All instarctions I read on how backup copy of website relating to active websites. I have only project that is saved in Concrete5. How I can backup my project or move it somehow to my new hosting company. I really appreciate your help.

Turn off caching and pretty URL's, Go into your hosting control panel, zip up all the files and download the zip, export a copy of the database with PHPMyAdmin or whatever DB Tools you have available.

On your new host, import the DB into a newly created database, upload the and unarchive the zip file, then edit the config file with new database info.

Test your site, it should be good to go.
