Concrete5 Blog - Issue with Comment/GuestBook Block

Hi there,

I am wondering if someone can point me to the direct file where I can edit the Comment Blog Block. For some reason my comment section has line breaks 
<br />
built in between the label and the field which makes it look funky. I have not been able to find the specific file where I can edit the line breaks out. I've attached an image so you can see what I mean.
