Hi
Each time I try to edit I have to refresh the page many many times before I get the edit options. I tried clearing the cache but that does not help. Editing has become a frustrating activity

Please keep to the forums rather than PM. That way others can follow and help. I don't know whether I will actually be able to help, so my post was an initial step to enable others to help you. Environment info is something that any of us would want to know before trying to help with this sort of problem.
The message 'unable to load environment information.' should initially be shown and then replaced with a box with environment information.
If it doesn't work for you, please just list any environment info you think is relevant.
