The problem with packages

Hello all

I ask for help in problem:
I'm just starting the adventure with concrete5,
I'm sorry if I put badly this subject, thank you you for your understanding
I deleted the program from the folder packages.

When loading the page I get an error:

An unexpected error occurred.

It's missing a package with the handle "abc_formext". Probably custom made for you? You need to retrieve the "/packages" directory in some way (or contact your developer if he has a backup for you?).

This packages downloaded from Internet
I did not order a special extra package
one package is paid, not installed-problem
Google searched but not found
maybe you know another way?
